It sought a customized training for internal frontline management that would empower them with the skills to become better leaders, advance within the organization, and increase business performance.

Heinz frontline leaders by developing skills through personalized learning activities. Our learning solution blended digital learning, instructor-led training, and round table discussions to engage learners.

Courses combined activities such as social learning, self-awareness strategies and assessments, and development planning. We used the latest educational best practices, including micromodules, capstone activities, and gamification across platforms to deliver a solution that would get results.
